Returns:

• You may return most items within 30 days from the date of purchase for a full refund or exchange.
• To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
• Wine and olive oil returns are only accepted if the product is damaged or defective upon delivery.

Refunds:

• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method once the return is approved and the item is received.
• Processing time for refunds may take 7-10 business days.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items:

• If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost to you.
