Step into the world of traditional pasta making and learn how to make Puglia's iconic orecchiette. What we learned from nonna and mamma, we will pass on to you. You'll learn how to make the dough from scratch, shape the pasta by hand, and pick up practical tips for other pasta types along the way.

All of this in the cozy living room of Casa Parente, a little piece of Puglia in Utrecht. Intimate by design, maximum 10 people. A place to discover, learn, and feel at home.
